Meet the Founder — Kareen Williams

My vision for Noir Essence Studios was to create more than just a salon. I wanted to build a one-stop beauty destination where clients could receive multiple beauty services in one convenient location while feeling comfortable, welcomed, and connected to the professionals who serve them.

My introduction to the beauty industry began during my time working at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, where I gained valuable exposure to both the business and educational sides of the cosmetology industry. That experience allowed me to see firsthand the talent and potential of emerging beauty professionals, while also recognizing the importance of having the right environment, support, and opportunities to grow.

That insight became part of the foundation for Noir Essence Studios.

I wanted to create a beautiful professional space where hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, and other beauty professionals could showcase their talents, build their clientele, develop meaningful relationships with their clients, and grow their own businesses.

For our clients, my goal is equally important: to provide a welcoming beauty destination where they can develop trusted relationships with their beauty professionals and conveniently access multiple services within one community-centered space.
